Itinerary Summary
Day 1 July 20th: Nairobi international airport, where you are met and transferred to Panari Hotel . Meal plan: B, B
Day 2 July 21st : Nairobi-Masai Mara flight. After breakfast you will be transferred to Wilson Airport and fly to Masai Mara.. On arrival you will be met at the airstrip and transferred to your luxury tented camp for lunch. After lunch enjoy game drives in the park. .Dinner and overnight at Pride Inn Mara Tented Camp. Game drive from 3:00PM to 6:30PM. Meal plan: B, L, D
Day 3 July 22nd: Masai Mara Full day safari at Masai Mara. The Mara consists of undulating hills and great rolling grasslands that sustain some of the most varied wildlife in Africa, if not the world. Afternoon game viewing in Masai Mara, where lion, elephant, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle and other plains game abound, not forgetting the hundreds of species of birds. Dinner and overnight at: Pride Inn Mara Luxury Tented Camp. Game drives from: 5:30AM to 9:30AM and from 3:00PM to 6:30PM. Meal plan: B, L, D
Day 4 July 23rd : Masai Mara. Full day safari at Masai Mara. Our local Masai guide is excellent at locating animals off the beaten path, driving into the bush, anticipating behavior of the animals and getting us to places far from the tourist spots. We will be on the lookout for Wildebeest crossings and make sure to secure our vantage point at the river for photographing the migration. Game drives from 5:30AM to 9:30AM and 3:00PM to 6:00PM. Day 5 July 24th : Masai Mara to Isebania border to Serengeti. Kogatende flight. After early morning breakfast by 6:00AM-you will be transferred to Keekorok Airstrip and fly to Migori Airstrip. Transfer to Isebania Border by airline shuttle van -after customs and visa process. You will proceed to Tarime airstrip (on the Tanzanian side) and catch another flight to Serengeti. Arrive at Seronera Airstrip. Our driver guide will meet you at the airstrip and you will start your game drives in Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at –Kenzan Mara luxury Tented Camp. Game drive from: from 2:00PM to 6:30PM. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 6 July 25th: Serengeti. Full day safari in Serengeti. We will be staying at the exceptional luxury camp Sound of Silence. Game drive: from 5:00AM to 9:00AM and from 3:00PM to 6:30PM. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 7 July 26th : Serengeti. A second full day of safari with stay at the exceptional Sound of Silence luxury tented camp. Game drive: from 5:00AM to 9:00AM and from 3:00PM to 6:30PM. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 8 July 27th : Serengeti- Ngorongoro. Early morning game drives in Serengeti, after which proceed to Ngorongoro arrive for lunch at Ngorongoro Farm House. Game drive Serengeti: From 5:30AM to 8:30AM. Approximate Transit Time: 3 Hour drive. Dinner and overnight at the gorgeous Farm House. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 9 July 28th : Ngorongoro. After breakfast descend to the crater and enjoy game drives with picnic lunches. Early and late access to crater given we are staying close to the park entrance. Game drives from 5.30 AM to 9.00 AM and 3.00 PM to 6.30 PM. Meal Plan, B, L&D.
Day 10 July 29th : Ngorongoro -Namanga-Amboseli. After an early breakfast, drive to Arusha and then to Namanga border -exchange vehicles and proceed to Amboseli National Park. Lunch will -packed. Arrive for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at –Amboseli Serena Lodge. Approximate Transit Time: 6 Hour drive. Game drive: from 3:30PM to 6:00PM. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 11 July 30th : Amboseli. Full day safari in Amboseli. All meals and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge. Game drive: from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Meal Plan: B, L & D
Day 12 July 31st : Amboseli -Airport. Early morning game drive and also mid morning after which drive to Nairobi. A true culinary delight the farewell dinner will be arranged at Karen Blixen Restaurant. After dinner you will be transferred to the airport. Game drive 5.30 am to 10.30 am. Approximate Transit Time: 4 -Hour drive. Meal Plan: B, L & DWorkshop fee: $7500 (double occupancy)

Flying doctors in the eventuality of a medical emergency, clients will be airlifted and be taken to a good hospital. ( Air transfer and Hospital bills are borne by the patient).

International flights ticket & Domestic flights (if not mentioned above but can be included)-Personal travel insurance and baggage insurance-Visa fees wherever applicable-All alcoholic drinks like wines, alcohol unless stated above.-Tips to driver guides-USD 10-20.00 per person per day -Tip each driver in each country separately.-Laundry, massages and other personal expenses e.g. mini-bar & telephone unless otherwise stated-Any other services not mentioned above and other optional/additional activities-Activities: Hot air balloon ride USD 500.00 per person in Masai Mara and USD 599.00 per person in Serengeti. These activities are recommended as they offer the opportunity for aerial perspective photography. Since cost is not included in tour they are optional.
Cancellation Policy
This trip is tailored to coincide with the wildebeest migration which is the most expensive season in Kenya and Tanzania. The hotels are the best at each location and have been booked a year in advance. Therefore a 50 % deposit is required at the time of registration which is non- refundable and the full amount is due 6 months before start of trip for all airline bookings to be completed. Within 6 months of start of trip no refunds are made unless you can arrange for a replacement.
